Responsibilities:

  • Perform full range of administrative functions, including but not limited to office maintenance, office security, renovation and relocation projects, lease agreements handling and etc. ;
  • Responsible for the procurement of office supplies and equipment in accordance to the approved budget plan and company procurement policy;
  • Coordinate company meetings and activities, including offsite meeting, annual dinner, community services and company events;
  • Assist department head in corporate administration budget planning, policy monitoring and implementation as well as ensuring its full compliance;
  • Provide support in other ad-hoc projects as assigned by department head.


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management, Secretarial or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate administration experience in banking / financial institutions is preferred (Well-experienced candidates will be considered for senior grade);
  • Experience in handling staff and company events is MUST;
  • Team player, self-motivated, detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong sense of responsibilities and commitment; able to work independently under minimal supervision;
  • Good computer skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
