You will:

  • Supervise a team to carry out different tasks to uphold the quality of audit engagements.
  • Provide in-house advice on Hong Kong/ International Standard on Auditing requirements and their implementation.
  • Perform audit quality assurance reviews.
  • Work closely with audit engagement teams and provide other support in identifying engagement risk and establishing relevant measures to mitigate the risk.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and constructive feedback to audit team members.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for compliance with the Firm-wise policies and other regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with other internal functions to ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures within the practice.
  • Review and comment on reports and other legal documents.
  • Provide trainings and keep abreast of the latest regulatory requirements.

 

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent overseas leading professional accountants institutes
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in assurance standards and financial reporting regulatory environment
  • Good knowledge of risk management with relevant experience
  • Ability to interact with executive levels of firm management
  • Advanced report writing skills in English and Chinese
  • Excellent oral communication skills in both Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commitment to quality
