Manager / AVP – Wealthy Management Operation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy of all routine operational process of Treasury Service and Wealth Management Operation team.
  • Execute management duties in effective and efficient methods.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Taipei Head Office to report daily operations.
  • Directly report to department head and supervise all team members.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects such as UAT, system migration and tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate or above.
  • Over 10 years of working experience in processing Treasury Service and Wealth Management Operation with at least 3 years in Supervisory level.
  • Well knowledge on Treasury Service and Wealth Management Operation.
  • Familiar with relative rules and practice of HKAB / HKMA.
  • Proficient on the operation of SWIFT and RTGS.
  • Good management and communication skills for external and internal parties.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel as well as Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
