We are hiring an Application Support Manager for delivering all level incident management. This is a B2B web-based artificial intelligence financial application for buy-side Asset Managers/Private Wealth Managers.

 

What You Do:

  • Responsible for handling all level support (level 1 to level 3) for the external users
  • Act as a Ticket Manager to receive and acknowledge the issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fix the issues and improve application performance
  • Proactively find out the potential risk and suggest feasible solution 
  • Develop and implement the best practice on support operation

 

Who You Are:

  • Holder of Bachelor Degree of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of solid application support experience (from level 1 to level 3)
  • Good knowledge of financial applications (Front Office/Middle Office)
  • Familiar with incident management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.
  • Familiar with Elasticsearch and Kibana
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic personnel who is also self-driven and able to be multitasking
  • Enjoy Start-up working environment
