Manager, Brand Management

Job responsibilities:
 

  • Identify and explore new opportunities to enhance the brand image of the bank
  • Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing brand building activities of the bank
  • Build a strong external network and engage external stakeholders to uplift the goodwill of the bank in the community
  • Develop marketing plan and promotional activities to maximize awareness of the bank
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a consistent brand message is communicated
  • Partner with event organizers and advertising agencies on corporate level events and marketing initiatives including production, setup and related logistics
  • Provide advices and coordinate with business units for the implementation of brand and marketing concepts
  • Provide advices and guidelines to business units on advertisements to ensure compliance in accordance to the internal policies
  • Coordinate and work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement bank strategies and assigned projects
  • Plan and explore opportunities of CSR programs
  • Plan and coordinate the production of collaterals and marketing materials as well as festive decorations
  • Plan an editorial plan and ensure unique and high quality write-ups and creative contents for internal and external online media and printed publications
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and recommendations for optimization
  • Ensure department goals and project milestones are met and adhering to approved budgets and timelines
     

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines, with 8 years or above relevant experience in the related area as an individual contributor. With relevant experience in banks, financial institutions, government, universities or public utilities
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Strong in events management and good sense of business acumen
  • Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and with good organization and time management skills
  • Of positive working attitude and detail-minded
  • A good and caring team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Brand Management.

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
