Reporting to Head of Business Banking Acquisition, you are supposed to provide all-rounded business banking services to SMEs and assist the Head of Business Banking Acquisition in overseeing the day to day branch’s operation as well as implementing SME sales strategies and initiatives to meet overall company’s goal.
Provide business banking services and maintain excellent service quality to SME Business Banking customer while working towards KPI target in New Accounts, CASA deposit and cross-selling.
Provide day-to-day operation support to the team to ensure operation excellence as well as team productivity optimization.
Provide coaching/training to team member and handle new-joiners onboarding process
Ensure KYC/CDD compliance for all new to bank and existing customers and exercise risk assessment for new customers by following all necessary procedure of KYC on a team level.
Support the Head of Business banking in implementing SME sales strategies and initiative on a team level
Assist the Head of Business banking in dealing with customer requests in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction .
To support on ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
University degree in business Management/ Finance/ Related disciplines preferred
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in business banking, with at least 3 years’ experience in serving SME customers with proven sales record.
Sound knowledge in SME business banking products and services with strong compliance mindset.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
Self-motivated, resilience, customer-centric, with good teamwork spirit and ability to lead.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
Relevant insurance licensing (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3) advantageous.
People management experiences advantageous.
