To assist to review customer information & documentation, and to conduct AML/CFT assessment on Entity customers under Branches, Commercial Bank Cash and Commercial Banking, in accordance to Bank’s AML/KYC standards & regulatory requirements.
To assist supervisor to manage the performance of a team of CDD Approvers and prepare management information for senior management.
To work with CMP & Business Units regarding risk mitigation and control measure on account strategy and upcoming initiatives to protect bank’s interest.
To provide advisory support on regulatory and operational issues and process in relation to KYC/ AML matters
To oversight customer acquisition framework, to ensure proper due diligence &/or background checking on Referral Sources are properly conducted/reviewed; and keep track on their referral quality.
To identify, investigate and report to CMP and management whenever suspicion/ red flag/ financial crime concern is identified in a timely manner
To assist to design and implement training program to Business Unit to strengthen AML awareness
Requirements
Degree Holder of Business-related discipline
7 years of compliance experience on Business/Corporate Banking
Candidates with knowledge on HK Banking Regulatory requirement (HKMA)
Hands-on experience in relation to Enhanced Customer Due Diligence, AML & surveillance control preferable
High proficiency in English and Chinese, and knowledge of general PC applications
AAMLP or equivalent qualifications preferred
