Manager, Business Excellence (Sales Quality Assurance)

Major Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- As Channel's Responsible Officer for Life & General Insurance
- Support Financial Consultants on delivery of best practices & required business standard
- Monitor exiting product/fund platform & support new product/fund launch
- Promote professionalism by coordination with various stakeholders for required training
- Support implementation and regular review of sales tools according to business needs
- Contribute to Channel's sales initiatives/projects for achievement of planned deliverables
Qualifications and Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably in Finance, Economic or related disciplines
- Min 10 years solid experience in insurance industry, prior experience as Long-Term Insurance Responsible Officer preferred
- Thorough knowledge of financial services and insurance business
- Holder of IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5
- Familiar with sales & distribution framework, as well as local investment environment & market conditions in HK
- Can work independently & proactively with strategic thinking capability
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills in both written & spoken English/Chinese
