Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments.The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.


We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Business Performance.


Principal Responsibilities


  • Be responsible for providing direct support to Sales Managers and senior Sales Support, delivering high quality sales service to customer base

  • Be responsible for planning and developing performance management related initiatives for Retail Distribution business in line with Group strategic direction

  • focus on providing insight and analytical support to the Senior Business Performance Manager and Head of Distribution Network to facilitate the achievement of performance expectation of the branch network in Wealth and Personal Banking

  • Support in the development, delivery and monitoring of Performance Management systems/cycles and processes that are designed to improve and measure individual performance across branch network.

  • Be part of the team responsible for ensuring the bank aligns around our clients to deliver a high quality and robust service

  • Carry out team administrative roles

  • Assist the team in the efficient marketing of products to their client base and in achieving both Financial and Qualitative annual objectives

  • Support the Sales and Sales Support management in driving cross-selling opportunities for the bank

Requirements


  • University level education, preferably in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or Business related disciplines

  • Solid years of experience in retail banking industry with exposure in project implementation an additional advantage

  • Competent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written

  • Expert in managing and interpreting large amount of data with strong numerical sense & analytical skill

  • Proficiency in computer software especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • A team player with good analytical and communication skills

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline

  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated & able to work independently
