Hang Seng's Unsecured Loans business offers a full spectrum of cards and personal loan products and services to customers.

We have over 20 card products, including generic credit cards, co-branded credit cards, affinity cards and commercial cards, and are one of the leading credit card issuers in the market. We are dedicated to offering customers superior credit card services and loyalty schemes, with an aim of enabling customers to get the most out of their day-to-day spending.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Business Risk and Control Management.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct accurate and timely customers profile annual review for high risk credit card only SCC for management’s approval and compliance.
  • Facilitate and coordinate with GS; FCC to adopt LoBPs over credit card business; Sanction; PEP; transaction monitoring to oversee and ensure full compliance.
  • Ensure full support to coordinate with stakeholders over CSEM arrangement with particulars to customers with affluent backgrounds like HKJC members
  • Assess call centre agent’s compliance and service quality through call monitoring functions

 

Requirements

  • University graduates with minimum10 years’ banking experience, preferably with exposure to credit card business and basic knowledge on profile set up and review like SoW and NNS.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill, attentive to detail, compliance and control exposure.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
