The role of Manager, Coalition & Merchant Acquisition is responsible for promoting The Club through business partnerships and The Club Rewards. This involves partnership development, merchant acquisition and account management as well as and running marketing promotions to drive customer engagement.
To assist in developing the strategic direction of The Club Rewards program and executing the promotion to drive customer engagement with The Club Rewards;
To develop and drive strategic partnership and contribute to the growth of The Club loyalty program;
To identity relevant partners to grow coalition and reward opportunities and build win-win business relationship with external merchants and in-house channel partners for The Club;
To liaise and work closely with HKT various internal teams/ stakeholders to cross-sell, leverage and maximize collaboration opportunities to drive The Club Rewards promotion and campaigns;
To perform regular review/ post-campaign analysis with partners on reward program performance and recommend improvements to better achieve set KPI targets/ ROI;
To participate and contribute to ad-hoc projects.
Degree or above in Marketing or related discipline;
At least 5 years of experience in customer loyalty marketing, sales and channel product marketing;
Experience in partnership and reward offer sourcing and management is a must;
Experience from Telecom/ Bank/ Retail/ Loyalty Reward Program is an advantage;
High intellectual curiosity, energetic and creative;
Sensitive to consumer market trend with ability to identify opportunities and implement change;
Ability to work under tight deadlines with excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills;
Good team player with excellent stakeholder engagement skills;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
