Manage a portfolio of high CASA and revenue SME customers
Build sales pipelines & deliver both Deposit Balance and Revenue KPIs
Provide professional advice/service to clients on transaction banking and different business financial needs
Work with internal business partners to identify sales opportunities and financial products/service to engage high-value customers to further anchor the banking relationship for long-term growth
Conduct periodic reviews of portfolio customers to ensure proper due diligence and KYC
University degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
At least 4 years of relevant experiences in banking or financial services industry with 2 years of SME/corporate customer relationship management is preferred
Strong track record of meeting CASA and revenue KPIs as well as fee income KPI i.e. I&I, FX
Articulate with strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales driven and result oriented
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Candidates who completed and passed HKSI and IIQE licensing exams are preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered for officer grade
