  • Handle sale and purchase of commercial properties
  • Identify, create and develop new commercial sales business opportunities
  • Prospect new clients through different channels including cold calling
  • Complete commercial sales transactions
  • Build and update property database
  • Prepare property particulars and sale proposals
  • Conduct meetings and site inspections with clients



  • Degree holder preferred
  • Holder of Estate Agent’s Licence a must
  • At least 2 years’ experience in real estate sales
  • Good written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage
