Reporting to the Chief Construction and Maintenance Engineer, the appointee will perform the following responsibilities:
To develop and cultivate constructive working relationship with various key stakeholders and customers for implementation of projects relating to transmission and distribution improvement and apparatus refurbishment
To collaborate with internal parties on stakeholder liaison matters, conduct customer impact assessment, propose mitigation measures and handle customer feedback
To assist in corporate reputation management by implementing the communication strategy and devising various campaigns
To work outdoor and at irregular hours including public holiday, if necessary
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline
A minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in communication and/or stakeholder engagement in public organisations
Proven track record of effective communication with local or community parties and customer liaison
Holder of a valid driving license for Class 1 vehicles
Working Location : Ap Lei Chau , transportation to be provided.
