Create more incredible numbers by:

  • deploying the Vision, Mission and Core Values and strategies to the workforce and partners
  • working together with the C&B team members to provide Workforce Centric Services (e.g. payroll, salary review, bonus, leave arrangements, insurance etc.)
  • Knowing the labour market well by participating in compensation surveys and conducting compensation analysis
  • Preparing the annual C&B budget, reports and proposals
  • Proposing and implementing new C&B policies to engage the workforce
  • Managing and enriching the knowledge of C&B team members by reviewing, establishing and sharing C&B policies and work instructions
  • Handling internal and external audits
  • Ensure that a very high level of accuracy and precision in payroll and data kept in C&B related systems
  • Working on the future HRIS and filing systems in order to achieve a paperless C&B function in year 2020
