A global logistics company is looking for Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee the C&B function for HK, Macau, and China. About the Opportunity

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR Policies in accordance with labour regulations, in HK, Macau and China. You will also support both the C&B programs and the performance framework across multiple regions. This role requires someone with a strong technical background in C&B combined with elements of HR business partnering as you will be working closely with various stakeholders in order to achieve business outcomes.  

  • Administer benchmarking and management of job and salary structures
  • Ensure C&B services are successfully delivered and that key objectives are met
  • Manage and oversee all C&B programs and initiatives across multiple regions
  • Advice employees on their salary enquiries as well as annual leave and other benefits 
  • Deliver on key C&B projects to achieve strategic business objectives
  • Ensure all C&B policies within the regional offices are administered and aligned
  • Support the HR team on any ad hoc projects

 Who are we looking for?

  • 8+ years of experience in a C&B role from a MNC
  • PRC experience and strong understanding of PRC Labour Law
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and Labour Law
  • Recognised degree or equivalent in Human Resources
  • Ability to maintain and build long lasting relationships with stakeholders
  • GRIT: a passion and perseverance for long-term and meaningful goals
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
