Manager, Compensation & Benefits - Asia Pacific


Major Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement C&B programs across the region to maintain external competitiveness and ensure alignment with regional/global remuneration principles.
  • Support the implementation of Corporate/ Regional HR projects e.g. Executive Bonus plan, Market data Management System, grading review, Performance Management etc.
  • Responsible for the HRIS project implementation for Asia Pacific on a timely basis through active communication with Global and country project teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of various C&B programs e.g. C&B Health check, salary & benefits benchmarking etc.
  • Lead annual C&B activities including salary review, bonus review and performance management.
  • Responsible for HR activities for the Asia Pacific office including but not limited to annual salary and performance review, benefits review and renewal, recruitment etc
  • Any other ad hoc projects or duties as assigned.


  • University graduate major in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Good command of Mandarin.
  • Minimum 8 years’ C&B experience in a multinational corporations, experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience and regional experience is a big plus.
  • First class interpersonal and communication skills that is able to interact effective with people at all levels and functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, as well as good planning and project management skills.
  • A strong team player who enjoys working closely with people under a highly matrix organisation.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks within tight schedules with high level of ethics & integrity.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
