We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Conduct and Sales Suitability.

In this role, you will

  • Contribute to the maintenance and reinforcement of the Sales Quality and Conduct frameworks, ensuring it is followed by Retail Banking and Wealth Management across Asia Pacific
  • Act as a subject matter expert of Conduct and the Sales Quality minimum standards, advising countries on the existing requirements and highlighting issues for escalation when required
  • Support the timely production of management information at both country and regional level
  • Support the countries in rolling out process enhancements associated with both Sales Quality and Conduct
  • Ensure all countries are familiar with the Conduct framework, and adequate controls are in place to address the risk
  • Ensure that local Sales Quality teams are clear about the minimum standards required to carry out their role
  • Monitor Conduct and Sales Quality issues,  produce and review MI reporting, ensuring they are fit for purpose to monitor performance towards the Conduct Objectives and sales suitability
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Conduct and Sales Quality matters, liaising with the relevant stakeholders as required

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Bachelor degree in banking, finance, accountancy or in related field
  • Knowledge on risk roles such as audit experience and risk management
  • Technical knowledge of risk regulatory requirement, Retail Banking and Wealth Management product knowledge and sales process
  • Good analytical skills, preferably with previous experience on data analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, with ability to deliver good quality output within a tight timeframe
  • Ability to communicate and deal with complex issues
  • Well-organized, passionate and highly responsible
