Job Responsibilities:

  • Build brand awareness and preference by leading the company's CSR efforts - including strategy formulation, projects development, implementation of the communications/ promotions and managing the Foundation's budget
  • Corporate communications - including press releases, line-to-take, speeches, infographics, advertorials, by-lined articles etc
  • Award strategy and promotion - leverage various awards for brand and thought leadership building
  • Market intelligence - Monitor, research, evaluate and report on various market trends and make recommendations for continuous improvements
  • Agency management - Assist in managing PR agency and budget for effective delivery and measurable results

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with solid experience in corporate communications and reputation management
  • A great storyteller with excellent communication and language skills, both English and Chinese
  • Experienced in event management
  • Good judgement, sensitive to public sentiment/ reputation risks
  • Good understanding of business requirements
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Proactive, accountable and results-oriented
  • A great team player
  • Good understanding of insurance and financial industry will be an advantage
