Job Descriptions:
The Manager – Corporate Pension & Employee Benefits will be reporting to the Group Managing Director to assist the overall support of Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) or Employee Benefits (EB) functions of the Group to:

  1. Work closely with various internal departments in coordinating the Group comprehensive MPF & EB products support to align with company objectives and goals;
  2. Conduct market intelligence / market research to evaluate current product portfolios and recommend solutions and strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market;
  3. Conduct products review and manage MPF and EB products to keep up with the trend;
  4. Prepare business and project proposals and reports for clients and Management;
  5. Build up and maintain close relationships with MPF and EB services providers;
  6. Liaise with external business partners on service review, quotations, renewal, contract maintenance, market events and so on;
  7. Manage ad hoc projects & duties.

  1. At least 3 to 4 years of MPF and EB solid product experience
  2. University degree in business, marketing or related subjects
  3. Computer literacy and proficiency in using MS software
  4. Good command of spoken & written English
  5. Excellent communication skills at all levels
  6. People sensitivity competency and be able to communicate and handle sale requests in prompt and professional manner
