Responsibilities:

  • Generate new ideas and formulate strategies so as to enhance customer experience
  • Analyze customer feedback in order to improve business operations
  • Review and streamline the daily operation flow with effective manner
  • Manage and monitor operational risks
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing or Business related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ customer services experience, preferably with management experience
  • Creative and business minded with excellent project management skills
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and capable to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage 

Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken & written Chinese (including Mandarin) & English, and be competent in MS Office applications.
