Manager, CRM and Customer Analytics

Our client, a world leading automotive services group, is searching for a potential candidate to assume the position of Manager, CRM and Customer Analyticsp to support their continues growth.
 
Job Duties
  • Actively participate in data analysis and insight generation to provide high quality and actionable solutions for the business.
  • Master the use of external and internal systems, information collection and integration, hands-on data mining.
  • Work with brand owners to transform business needs into campaign programs; assist Marketing and Sales on customer segmentation, data extraction and customer list preparation.
  • Monitor and keep tracking on campaign progress, response rate and analyze campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and prepare monthly dashboards on CRM and Digital KPIs and business performance, analyze and provide insights to senior management.
  • Ad-hoc project coordination on new CRM and Digital projects to capture business growth.
  • Work with IT to assure data quality and continuous feedback on any enhancement needed to cope with business needs.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, Quantitative Analysis, or related fields is highly preferable.
  • With minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience on CRM data analysis, data extraction and customer segmentation from retail industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially on MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous with numerical sense, strong analytical skill and experience on customer & business analysis.
  • Proactive, detail-minded, accurate and independent. Fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced, complex and constantly changing environment.
  • A good team player and able to work with people at all levels.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Past relevant industry experience an advantage but not a must.
