Manager, CS Business Development (Renewal Business), Agency Distribution


Position Objectives:

Retain a sustainable business growth of existing portfolio by maintaining the strong relationship with our business partners and client, and achieve business targets.


Manage the assigned renewal portfolio 50%

  • Maintain and provide quality service to the accounts assigned
  • Achieve policy persistency target
  • Provide professional and technical expertise to customers and intermediaries
  • Maintain the profitability of assigned portfolio

Achieve personal new business production 30%

  • Achieve agency penetration and sales production and business target
  • Manage the entire sales process, prospecting, and proposal preparation
  • Explore cross sell opportunity of MPF business

    Ad Hoc project 10%

  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned
  • Drive new initiatives to generate revenue and support all related marketing activities

    Renewal business workflow 10%

  • Solicit customer feedback for better customer satisfaction management
  • Monitor renewal and new business quality and workflow and provide suggestions for further improvement


  • University / College graduate plus 5 years’ experience, out of which 2 years at supervisory level
  • Customer-oriented
  • Problem solving skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Staff coaching skills
