Manager - CS Intermediary Training

Lead and manage sub-ordinates to develop and execute training courses and build relationships with intermediaries to equip skills to provide the service to clients with Corporate Soluation , MPF & Individual Voluntary Solution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Intermediaries Activities Management
  • Execute defined training strategies and implement various assigned training projects and events
  • Plan and organize the production of training materials and team logistics
  • Review and evaluate learning methodologies and effectiveness of training programs to cope with emerging training needs of the intermediaries
  • Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to intermediaries via effective training programmes
  • Provide soft and hard skill training to intermediaries

People Management

  • Provide coaching, training and development to the team

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform any other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • University graduated
  • Minimum 8 years training experience of which 2-3 years in supervisory / managerial positions
  • Preferably with experience in MPF, ORSO, Employee Bnefits, Corporate Solutions or Life Insurance
  • Proficient eLearning & Psychology skill a definite advantage
  • Familiar with computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Strong presentation, communications, and facilitation skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to manage projects independently
