Manager, Customer Centre

MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Customer Centre to provide quality customer services related to after-sales services, sales promotion and complaints
  • Investigate and handle customer’s complaints; take corrective and preventive actions to enhance customer experience
  • Liaise with vendors and IT professionals for quality application management and take lead to automate manual works to maximize operation efficiency
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders for back-end support and to streamline operational issues
  • Plan budget and manpower to ensure operating expenses are deployed to its maximum benefit within the approved budget
  • Prepare monthly statistical report with detailed analysis for planning and people development
  • Ensure Customer Centre staff complies with company rules and regulatory requirements


  • University graduate or above, IIQE paper 1 and 2 qualification, and healthcare product experience is preferred
  • Min. 8 years customer service/call centre experience with min. 5 years in supervisory/management level
  • Hand-on experience in Customer Centre management; able to work under pressure and independently with excellent customer-centricity mindset
  • Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills
  • Good PC skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
