We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Data and Analytics.

In this role, you will

  • ​Carry out statistical tests to detect correlations and causality on large and complex data sets.
  • Develop or deploy mathematical models and predictive models which aid visualisation of future scenarios or scenarios with altered variables.
  • Develop, test and maintain mathematical models and predictive models for use by internal stakeholders and data analytic teams.
  • Develop programs which automate data collection, assimilation, aggregation and visualisation.
  • Understand business workings and processes so to determine the best manner in which data can be used to provide insights.
  • Produce actionable metrics from automating data collection, assimilation, aggregation and visualisation from multiple data sources including big data.
  • Analyse data from internal and external systems to develop enhanced business value, enhanced predictive capability and increase operating efficiency.  
  • Provide consultancy for all stages of the Data Quality Lifecycle, from an execution and assessment perspective, by applying specialist knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Relevant business and technical experience on analytics in financial institutions or e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to deliver analytics applications and artefacts utilizing large first, second and third party datasets and experience with enhancing online customer journeys.
  • Proven experience in digital data and analytics solutions in the Segment Engineering, Heat Mapping, Sentiment Analysis, Attribution modelling, Customer touchpoint analysis.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools, preferably in the use of Adobe Analytics suite of products.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques, previous experience with Qliksense, Tableau or similar.
  • Proven ability to drive rapid insights from available data to drive business forward.
  • Exceptionally strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skill.
