About this company


Reporting to the Head of Development, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To assist in formulation of strategic proposals and corporate development plans such as the carbon neutrality roadmap
  • To carry out studies pertinent to latest technology advancement in power industry and policy development
  • To analyse data and outcomes for review under the Scheme of Control Agreement (SCA)
  • To coordinate with other business units for preparation of submissions to the Government


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years’ work experience in power or energy industry
  • Familiar with the power industry regulatory regime and the future developments of the electricity market in Hong Kong
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

Working Location:   Admiralty
