Job Responsibilities

  • Lead small IT solution delivery teams to ensure all deliverables are up to standard, with client satisfaction, and meet the company goals.
  • Drive IT projects by providing project management, business analysis and solution design.
  • Recommend and implement total system solutions to improve business/system processes and enable maintenance service in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Be able to dig into any issue within delivery organization and provide necessary leadership to the team to find optimal solution (architecture, engineering, project management, business analysis, agile questions, quality assurance, etc.).
  • Lead both internal and external development teams to ensure maximum productivity and effective resource allocation.
  • Manage contracting of external vendors in delivery of quality system solution.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of IT related experience, covering software development, system design, business analysis and project management; experience in multi-tier system is preferred.
  • Experience in pension business related IT projects and/or large-scale system migration projects.
  • Experience in onshore and offshore resources management.
  • Understanding of common software development models and methodologies e.g. Waterfall, Agile and DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience in front-end and back-end development using RWD, Java/J2EE, Spring, RESTful API, Hibernate, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript (ES5/6), AJAX, JSON and Bootstrap.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in integrating and recommending various complicated IT / business solutions.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in Informatica, Tableau, FileNet and/or IVRS will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
