Manager, Digital Content Solutions

Position Summary

The role holder will be responsible for ensuring effective management, maintenance, and development of our digital portfolio in order to support the growth of the Content Solutions business at Thomson Reuters.

Role Responsibilities

  • Management of legal research portfolio across North and South East Asia.
  • Contribute to the development of the product strategy.
  • Implement the product strategy
  • Partner with the Manager, Editorial to define and build digital content that supports the product and business growth objectives, including research and know-how content
  • Identify growth opportunities for the portfolio, or for new products and services.
  • Carry out market research to determine customer satisfaction, and to define areas to develop our proposition.
  • Effectively manage the flow of content from sources to platforms in order to keep platforms up to date.
  • Ensure pricing governance for digital propositions.
  • Provide support to sales and marketing to ensure effective go to market approaches are executed to drive growth.
  • Take ownership of the success of the portfolio.
  • Drive focus of vendors and development teams to deliver required developments and enhancements for legal research portfolio.
  • Deliver revenue goals of the legal research portfolio

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Legal qualification
  • Product Management experience desirable
  • Experience working with legal clients
  • Management experience
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience in working with digital platforms
  • Results focus
  • Knowledge of the Hong Kong and/or Singapore Legal markets
