Manager, Digital Go to Market - Retail Banking and Wealth Management

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Digital Go to Market.

In this role, you will

  • Ensuring markets are ready to consume and commercialise new digital journeys, products and capabilities
  • Deliver ambitious commercial growth in Digital performance through realization of customer and commercial benefits from digital investments
  • Enable a step change in the customer experience for our Retail Banking and Wealth Management customers
  • Coach and support markets to identify, define and develop the next generation operational capabilities and tools required for the bank to maximize its investment in digital, win the market, grow profit and improve the customer experience and build a mobile centred intelligent bank
  • Establishing a common approach to establishing the required skills and structure in markets to fully commercialise investments
  • Work with disparate stakeholders to understand both the status quo and in flight adjacent work in this area
  • Work with internal and external Global, regional and market stakeholders to establish the common and best in class execution programme for Business readiness
  • Embed Customer Journey mapping and delivery approach
  • Establish clear commercial measurements for order book investments to enable clearer prioritisation
  • Leveraging consumer insights to ensure deliveries are fully supported to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure that the approach is embedded in local ways of working to drive incremental performance
  • Work with internal and external subject matter experts to understand evolving consumer, customer, market requirements
  • Translate these requirements into prioritised problem statements that operational teams must address
  • Partner with internal and external resources to identify best in class solutions to the prioritised problems
  • Consider internal and external best practices to ensure solutions meet and exceed market standards
  • Develops a multiyear view of capability needs to guide efforts and aligned to product roadmaps
  • Form and lead virtual teams to support effort
  • Develop, manage toolkits for markets to use to improve effectiveness
  • Leverage insights to support Country Business Readiness roadmap definition, prioritisation and refinement
  • Partner with business to track business value and ensure efforts provide a winning strategy
  • Enable business readiness and go to market functions to transform how Retail Banking and Wealth Management operates
  • Connect functions and markets to identify and prioritise changes required to support the transition to a customer led mobile centred bank
  • Ensures voice of customer metrics are measured, shared, understood and drive action across functions
  • Drives commercial success of investments through Go To Market plans that maximize customer adoption and channel migration
  • Engage with the Global Innovation and Partnership teams to bring external benchmarks and capabilities to the cross functional team

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Strong process and systems experience with proven external track record of driving impactful operations results and improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to scope, create and successfully deploy new strategy, initiatives and capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams
  • Experience in influencing and aligning cross functional partners, from Senior to Frontline, across divergent points of view and functions to drive action and change
  • Experience in leading self and others to solve complex analytical problems
  • Experience in translating business requirements to analytical requirements and solutions
  • Strong ability to make decisions and forge alignment in ambiguous and changing situations
