Hang Seng's Unsecured Loans business offers a full spectrum of cards and personal loan products and services to customers.

We are currently seeking high caliber individual to join our department as Manager, Digital Payment.


Principal responsibilities

  • Be the key driver of digital product development on loyalty program digitization, Chatbot development and digital payment
  • Be the Product Owner, taking charge of defining and developing product strategy, identifying product competitive edge, customer needs, and revenue opportunities.
  • Lead the development and conduct testing of the end-to-end journey and process, drive and manage overall product performance, conduct on-going reviews and analysis of data, market research and feedback surveys, and keeping abreast of Fintech industry trends, digital products landscape and regulatory development.
  • Coordinating concerned business owners, facilitating on agreement on product features prioritization, scope of releases, etc 



  • University degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in Digital payment, Fintech or Chatbot
  • Solid experience in Card Product Development / Management
  • Solid experience in participating in project deliveries, ideally having solid experience in adopting Agile in digital projects
  • Appreciation/ experience in application, models to apply digital marketing to drive online sales.
  • Excellent communications and negotiation skills, able to talk to Business, IT and Vendors
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
