Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Digital projects, from preparation through go-live, including but not limited to project feasibility study, project research, project schedule, implementation and change management.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify user requirements, create and execute solution plans, User Acceptance Test, and continuous follow up
  • Interface with various technology teams (Product, Development, UI/UX, QA, Ops, Innovation, etc.) and business stakeholders (Marketing, Business Development & RM, Finance, HR, etc.) to identity requirements, converting them to functional specs, prioritizing, and driving execution
  • Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes and overall management of the project delivery including cost, change management and issue/risk management
  • Definition of success criteria for pilots/projects and preparing customer communication and internal branch briefing, etc.
  • Leverage the Bank’s API technology development and external partnerships to create integrated and streamlined user experience with third party platforms
  • Support the end-to-end partnership management cycle that covers on-boarding, terms negotiation, performance review and commercialization
  • Keep track of usage of digital services and stay updated with market trends.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer, e-Commerce or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of digital project management experience, preferable in Agile space. Scum master would be an advantage. Less experience would be considered as Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Ability to fully understand technical architecture, APIs and overall system design
  • Experience on financial institutes background will be an advantage
  • Strong business sense and customer driven with analytical mind
  • Good knowledge on e-Banking products/services and related regulatory requirements is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, detailed minded and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in working with technical and business teams is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (fluent in Putonghua is highly preferred)
