Manager, e-Banking (Website & ATM Development)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement website enhancement projects, new digital initiatives and online channel development
• Coordinate internal business stakeholders and external vendors on new project launch and website development
• Design effective digital customer journey to ensure excellent customer experience through website
• Own web platform and coordinate website content management with CMS and web tools
• Monitor and analyze site performance with web analytics and SEO to drive channel optimization and customer engagement
• Keep abreast of new FinTech solutions and digital trends on banking industry
• Ensure timely and quality deliverables and comply with compliance, legal and risk

Requirements:

• University graduates in eCommerce, Information Technology or related field;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Financial Industry;
• Solid knowledge of Website traffic tracking tools;
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, & CSS;
• Strong SEO & data analytical skills would be considered an advantage;
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal & external parties;
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
