Manager, E-Commerce (Strategy and Business Development)

The incumbent will be responsible for developing Hong Kong & overseas online business by unifying customer experience for all online and digital touch points.
What you will be responsible for:
- Assist Senior Management in driving strategic developments and planning for online business
- Initiate and lead projects in diversified functions, aiming to enhance online customer journey and drive business for online & offline platforms
- Lead projects to consolidate the current online platforms to create and develop detailed projects and ensure e-commerce data would be properly tracked in advance platform such as Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Conduct market research and provide recommendations to Management. Report to eCommerce Director
- Develop new business stream for HK, Macau and overseas e-commerce and smart retail channels
- Business travels to overseas may be needed
We might be a potential match if you have/are:
- Degree in Marketing / Business / Communication / Information System or related disciplines with at least 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in jewellery / luxury / fashion industry
- With sound knowledge of online business channels and market trends of Hong Kong / PRC / US / Europe / other Asia countries is a definite advantage
- Solid experience on website / eShop revamp project would be a bonus
- Proactive with drive, fast-paced with business acumen as well as strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skill, strong ability in planning and project management, able to lead a small team in a dynamic department structure
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, fluent Mandarin would be a plus
