Manager - Engineering

  • Degree in Engineering disciplines or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in project management, product engineering
and development in electronics industry, preferably with at least 2
years' supervisory/managing experience in leading a small team on
consumer products
  • Exposure in IoT and HVA products an advantage
  • Good leadership in building and developing teams with analytical
problem solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal relationship with different
  • Mature, professional and technical with good communication, analytical
problem solving and project management skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including

Job Duties:
  • Lead a team of engineers developing electronic controls from design to
  • Develop product design validation plans
  • Work directly with customers to define product design requirement
  • Manage product cost in design stage to ensure cost competitiveness
  • Improve development quality systems and ensure compliance with
guidelines, design for quality policies
  • Set and drive the team to meet tight development schedules
  • Analyze the new technology trends and market situations
