The External Relations Department of the Corporate Affairs Division is responsible for corporate publications, stakeholder relations management and community engagement, including public enquiries and complaints.

This position reports to an Associate Director or a Senior Manager of External Relations Department and will be primarily responsible for handling public enquiries about the SFC's work and complaints of various natures, including market activities and intermediaries. In addition, you will help analyse the trends of enquiries and complaints.

You must have a university degree and at least five years of solid experience in the financial services sector, preferably with in-depth knowledge of the operations of the securities and futures industry, or be a compliance officer with good regulatory knowledge. You must have good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communications skills with a strong sense of responsibility. An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
