Job Description

Conduct effective investigation of fradu cases pertaining to various lending or no lending within Retail Clients

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deploy MI and automation to achieve productivity and efficiency gain
  • Analyst the fraud trend and pattern so as to take pro-active actions for fraud loss containment
  • Worked with FAC to enhance and fine-tone our in-house fraud detection systems i.e. Falcon to combat ever-changing fraud situation
  • Explore and source new and efficient fraud preventive solutions
  • Bulid up and maintain good relationship with law enforcement officials, Visa and MasterCard, other card issuing and acquiring members in order to take efficient and adequate risk control measures to reduct losses
  • Ensure the preventive guidelines pre-set by the Group Fraud Risk Management are carried out effectively and thoroughly
  • Provide feedback to the Group to rationalize the Fraud Investigation Policy and Framework
  • Comply with all applicable compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Exposures in conducting fraud investigation


Qualifications and Skills

  • Hands on experience in managing/liaision with customers in handling fraud investigation would be an added advantage
  • Thorough understanding of credit card charge back recovery procedure
  • Prior experience in charge back recovery project will be useful
  • Exposures in local market fraud trends and popular fraud behaviors
  • Experience in fraud detection rule design & review is generally expected
