Manager, General Administration

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full spectrum of office administration duties, including but not limited to office management, facilities management, leasing negotiation and renewal, repair and maintenance as well as office renovation project and correspondence follow-up in order to ensure smooth office operations
  • Responsible for the procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Responsible for corporate insurance, contract renewal and travel arrangement
  • Assist in formulating and implementing office administration policies and guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal departments to execute company activities
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • University graduate in any discipline
  • At least 8-10 years’ relevant working experience with at least 3 years’ supervisory experience, experience in Chinese FI is preferred.
  • Independent, a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Mature, stable and hardworking with pleasant personality
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
