  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Banking & Finance or other
related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in banking or finance industry
  • Familiar with the business strategies of the company's major
competitors and knows how to increase in sales volume
  • Initiative, good interpersonal skill, communication skill, management
skill and motivational skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Access, Excel, Powerpoint

Job Duties:
  • Plans, organizes, implements and monitors daily operation
  • Responds to inquiries / researches and resolves problems related to
business operation
  • Creates and enhances new and existing products
  • Controls and organizes the activities of business affairs
  • Prepares performance monitoring and production report of Company
  • Maintains legal documents records
  • Coordinates the work of applying and renewing money lender licences
