Manager - Hong Kong Corporate Accounting Service Division

  • Independent, well-organized, detail-oriented and willing to develop
herself/himself into a leader in a fast growing professional firm
  • Degree holder in accounting or financial management
  • Over 8 years of relevant experience gained from professional firms, at
least 4 years at supervisory level
  • Excellent knowledge on Hong Kong Reporting Standards and Hong Kong Tax
las and reporting is a strong advantage;
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as a good team leader
  • Excellent written and spoken English a must
  • Hard-working, responsible and able to work under pressure

Job Duties:
  • The position is Hong Kong based with trips to Shenzhen / China
  • Prepare and review periodic management reports and consolidation
packages for client's Hong Kong companies
  • Provide Hong Kong tax advice to clients and assist in structuring
international holdings
  • Train the Shenzhen team on the HK GAAP, annual audit and taxation
  • Supervise and review junior staff's work for accounting and payroll
  • Meet with the clients and manage clients relationship via meetings
emails and conference calls
  • Manage, coach & develop a team of professional staff
  • Monitor and manage a small but growing accounting outsourcing centre
for HK accounting work in India
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the team in Shenzhen
  • Meetings in Hong Kong as needed
  • Report to the Division Head and Managing Partner of the firm
