Manager, HR Governance & Compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures
  • Manage HR governance tasks for full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in benefits review and implementation
  • Recommend and implement HR process improvement initiatives
  • Plan, develop and implement staff engagement initiatives
  • Participate in HR projects / tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of HR experience, preferably in HR governance and compliance
  • Conversant with Employment Ordinance and banking related regulations
  • Good understanding of HR governance practices in the market
  • Active, energetic and willing to participate in various staff engagement activities
  • Detail-oriented with good control sense and writing skill
  • Strong organizing, multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Conversant with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
