Manager, HRIS, Human Resources (1-year contract)


Manage end-to-end Regional HRIS implementation including Employee Central and Employee & Manager Self Service Portal across the Asia Pacific region.
Lead the Regional data harmonization project according to the Regional framework and Global guideline.
Facilitate regular working group meetings with internal stakeholders across different project milestones.
Develop standard HR analytic reports according to business needs.
Coordinate with IT Department to provide training to all HR users in the regions.
Participate in HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

University graduate major in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience with solid experience in Regional HRIS implementation in multinational companies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with people at all levels and functions in a highly matrix environment.
Strong analytical skills, as well as good planning and project management skills.
A strong team player who enjoys working closely with people.
Willing to take ownership of own work, flexible, adaptive, independent and a fast learner.
Good command of English and Mandarin.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willing to travel.
