Manager - Human Resources and Administration

Client Description
Our client is a licensed corporation in Hong Kong engaged in Type 1, 4 and 9 regulated activities, as well as to provide Wealth Management and Asset Management services to both individual and institutional clients. To support their rapid expansion, they are keen to invite energetic person to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and administration function covering HRBP, recruitment, leave administration, employee relations and other staff activities.
  • Assist in talent retention and performance management process
  • Handle monthly payroll, MPF enrollment and distribution, company benefits, leave management and SFC application
  • Maintain and update HRIS database and staff records
  • Provide full range of office administrative support, such as stationery ordering, office insurance renewal, travel arrangement and liaising with vendors and suppliers
  • Assist in HR projects and review as required

Educations / Qualifications

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Personal Attributes
  • Min 5 years solid experiences in HR and office administration, preferably gained in financial industry
  • Well familiar with HK employment ordinance and HR practices
  • Hands-on and proficient in using MS Office
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • A motivated team player with initiative and good communication skill
