Reporting to the HR Director in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for all core Human Resource functions, policies and programs (including Compensation & Benefits related but not limited to) to ensure the smooth operation of all administrative and reporting tasks. You are required to comply with external regulations and internal processes to achieve business strategic and operational objectives across our Hong Kong, Macau and South China cluster and share the best operation practices with the team.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Support HR Director in the delivery of HR services within Hong Kong, Macau and South China to ensure the business strategic and operational objectives are met
  • Lead a team to perform and implement all compensation & benefits policies, processes and initiatives in Hong Kong, Macau and South China
  • Manage job matching and remuneration surveys and related analysis to support market benchmarking exercises
  • Responsible for remuneration overview, leave issues, staff movements, workflow review and other related compensation and benefits matters
  • Ensure all HR information systems are updated and maintained

Your skills and experience

  • University graduate preferred in Human Resources or business related disciplines
  • 5-8 years’ human resources experience in sizable, matrix and multi-cultural environment
  • Hands-on experience in compensation & benefits area and able to work under minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation, with knowledge of PRC Labour Ordinance is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, detail-minded and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Strong PC skills, especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Occasional business trip is required
