Job Purpose:
This position is to support Intermediary Business Development team to achieve business target of the responsible channels. He or she is required to do underwriting for submissions from the responsible channels and provide quality service to them.
Main Responsibilities:
Implement the business strategy of the department and achieve the business target set by management
Identify new business opportunities and develop closer business relationship with all assigned channels
Manage sales performance and underwriting result of various channels
Enforce service standard that we committed to the assigned channels
Work with Underwriting team to provide solution to the enquiries or request from assigned channels if exceeded given authority
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
University degree in relevant disciplines, preferably with ACII, ANZII (Snr Assoc) or other insurance professional qualifications
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in general insurance sales management
Strong communication, interpersonal skills to enhance business relationship with producers
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good team spirit and collaboration with other teammates
