Manager, Investment Accounting

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the investment asset data, ensure the asset data is available within the agreed timeframe
- Consolidating the data different sources for model run
- Monitoring and build up the control of the asset data to ensure the validity and completeness of the information
- liaise with different counterparties for any issues noted
- Asset system maintenance (if new system is built)
- Prepare the investment related schedules for annual/quarterly RBC reporting
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
- Qualified Accountant with at least 7 years prior working experience of investment accounting within insurance companies
- Technical knowledge in investment market data
- Experience in Bloomberg / PAM/ SAP system is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong analytical, communication skills, with good business sense
- A good team player and able to work well with others
- Be able to work independently and under pressure
- Fluent in spoken and written English
