Manager, IT Service Management – Bank (Permanent) (Ref. No. : 22529)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.


  • Manage IT production incidents, drive resolution for service restoration and perform timely communication and escalation
  • Drive root cause analysis and ensure relevant preventive actions are properly tracked, to prevent re-occurrence of production issues
  • Review production change requests to ensure sufficient details for implementation, adequate impact assessment and proper approvals are in place
  • Prepare service level reports on IT services provided to business units
  • Participate in vendor performance review to ensure the established SLAs are met
  • Perform regular process review for service improvement
  • Manage the IT outsourcing vendors in the areas of incident, problem and change management


  • Bachelor degree holder in IT or related disciplines
  • ITIL v3 certificate
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT field, preferably in banking or financial industry, with over 2 years in incident, problem and change management
  • 3 years working experience in IT vendor management
  • Knowledge in defining and reviewing SLAs
  • Strong communication and writing skills – both verbal and written with Chinese and English
