Job Description:

An experienced IT Service Manager is required to establish the right relationship between Sun Life and suitable vendors to ensure services delivered are at the expected quality level and cost. The role will invite, evaluate, and select the right vendor partner for Sun Life via RFP. He/she will be responsible to discuss and negotiate terms and conditions that furbish long term partnership between Sun Life and the vendor, and continuously tracking of SLA to ensure the quality of the services delivered.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate technical troubleshooting efforts and engages additional technical support as needed, including vendor support for restoration of services.
  • Timely Communication to Business Contact Points during Priority Incidents. Resolve Conflicts during incident resolution and act as coordinating interfaces between Resolver group and End users during Major incidents.
  • Review and Approval of Change records related to Infrastructure and Application.
  • Analyze and identify possible problem sources to identify Root cause and Preventive action.

Job Requirement:

  • University Graduate and above from Information Technology/Business Management discipline
  • Over 10 years of experience in IT Service Management
  • ITIL V3 Certification
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and inter-personnel skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to get buy-ins from the business stakeholders and Regional and Corporate
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • People Manager- Should have team management experience.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Based on Service Management Experience, less experience candidate will be considered to Senior Manager
