Develop strategies and action plans for quantitative and qualitative growth of retail lending portfolio, including mortgage and SME, to achieve business target
Familiar with loans market competitive environment, and regulatory requirement
Solid experience in product development end-to-end process
Manage marketing programmes and tactical action plans as well as provide functional guidance and support to frontlines
Degree holder or above in Marketing, Finance or related disciplines with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
Previous exposure in PRC market would be an advantage
Familiar with SAS and the on-going development of retail banking services offered by competitors
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Loan Product.
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
