Job Summary

You will be a core member of the customer marketing team responsible for the development, design and management of the customer loyalty program. Focusing on implementing customer experience vision, strategies and roadmaps, the role delivers effective customer retention practices to encourage sustained engagement and build stronger customer relationships.

The Job

  • Propose, plan and execute customer loyalty initiatives to facilitate customer engagement through implementing personalized and targeted marketing communications. 
  • Lead and develop the customer loyalty team and cross-functional teams in achieving designated initiatives
  • Continually test the quality of customer experience including new program benefits, experiential rewards and functionality, and improvise solutions to deliver on a customer-first vision.
  • Forecast and assess industry trends, utilizing each customer touchpoint to establish a data-rich view of the customer
  • Measure, analyze and report on marketing programs, ensuring information such as campaign progress and operation updates to be effectively communicated across different levels

The Person 

  • Creative self-starter with the ability to drive innovative change in marketing with rapidly-evolving dynamics
  • Problem solver and team player with the ability to strategically approach problems as opportunities
  • At least 7 years of solid marketing experience in promoting innovative and effective customer loyalty programs to achieve desired objectives
  • Strong project management skills including organization and time management
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, partners and vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • University degree in business, marketing or a related discipline
  • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
